Dinosaur Fossils, Embryo, Terry the T-Rex

This T-Rex embryo would be great for jewelry.  It is small, 2.25″ x 1.75″ x .75″  The mouth is open and filled with quartz which has defined the teeth!

One of the T-Rex legs seems to be going across the back. Fossils can become so distorted with time, the embryos were soft anyway.  It must have been fairly well developed for it to be able to open it’s mouth so the bone structure might be in place.

If  the egg is injured, the sticky fluid oozes out and caused debris to attach to the back of the egg.  Sometimes if the fluid is still vital, body parts which should be inside the egg will form outside.
